QMS Certification

The Integrated Quality Management System provides documented guidance to staff on the technical, administrative and human factors affecting the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of service. Management provides strong and clear leadership to achieve continual improvement in the company's activities and processes.

The QMS establishes Quality Management Objectives and embraces performance at all stages of the company's business processes and consulting activities - from detection of market need through to project completion and client satisfaction, including the functions of resource management, workplace health and safety, environmental management, project control and business planning, management and administration. The company has a client focus and applies Quality Management Principles to meet the needs, requirements and expectations of clients, the community and the environment.

The Integrated QMS complies with ISO 9001:2008 'Quality Management Systems - Requirements' and is certified by SAI-Global (Licence No 3236).

Health and Safety

The company's Health and Safety Policy enjoins all employees and members of management to focus on preventing injury or ill health to all people in the workplace or affected by the company's activities. The company promotes a culture of maximising the workplace-related health and well-being of all employees and is closely guided by AS4801:2001 'Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems - Specification with Guidance for Use'.

Environmental Management

Heggies is committed to managing its activities in a manner consistent with best environmental practices. The design and implementation of systems and processes are set out in an Environmental Management Policy and are guided by ISO14001:2004 'Environmental Management Systems - Requirements with Guidance for Use'.
