Management provides strong and clear leadership to achieve continual improvement in the company’s activities and processes.
Primary responsibility and authority for establishing and reviewing the Fundamental Quality Objectives and for maintaining a high level of quality of service lie with the Board of Directors and Executive Management. Measurable Targets, consistent with the Fundamental Objectives, are also established and the degrees of achievement are measured at appropriate levels within the company.
Office Managers, QMS Managers and Group Managers also play important roles, including setting and achieving Measurable Targets. Successful implementation of the Quality Management System also draws upon the direct involvement and support of members of staff. Processes for periodic review of Fundamental Quality Objectives and Measurable Targets are provided and implemented.
The company's Core Quality Management Objective is simply enhancing "Enjoyment of the Workplace" in all our endeavours. In more tangible terms, this means "Improving the economic well-being and quality of life for ALL stakeholders".
The company's other Fundamental Quality Objectives are consistent with this Core Quality Management Objective. They are directly linked to the twelve elements of the ISO:9001 Integrated Quality Management System:
