Heggies Pty Ltd has been engaged by Times Properties Pte Ltd to undertake a series of wind tunnel tests for the redevelopment of the Times Industrial Building.

Heggies Pty Ltd has been engaged by Times Properties Pte Ltd to undertake a series of wind tunnel tests for the redevelopment of the Times Industrial Building, Singapore specifically to assess the:

- Local wind environment within and around the proposed Condominium Development;
- Determine cladding pressures;
- Specify structural loads.

The site is surrounded in most directions by medium to high-rise developments of Toa Payoh, with more open terrain to the south-west to west of the proposed development. Wind flow past the building is significantly affected by local building influences;
