The new 5-Star headquarters for Bovis Lend Lease.
The Bond is the first 5-Star ABGR office building in Sydney. The office building incorporates a number of unique features including roof top gardens, chilled beams and a large atrium that includes breakout pods.The acoustic aspects of this project that made this building a unique and challenging project included computer modelling of the interaction of the atrium and open office areas, noise masking, soffit absorption and variable speed cooling towers optimised to reduce noise emissions.
