Background
Joe Carroll graduated from the School of Environmental Engineering at Griffith University as an Environmental Engineer and is currently the Rockhampton Office Manager for Heggies.
Joe is an acoustical consultant with eight years experience in transportation, environmental, architectural and industrial noise assessment and control. During his time with Heggies Joe has worked on a number of high profile projects.
These projects have included the assessment of noise and vibration impacts associated with the Southern Regional Water Pipeline, Brisbane Urban Corridor, Brisbane north-south bypass tunnel, M1 noise treatment project, and many others. Project experience includes preparation of technical reports for assessment against the relevant environmental legislation for transportation projects, architectural acoustics and industrial/mining projects.
He is very proficient in the use of the SoundPLAN noise prediction model and developing reports that meet their objectives.
